Online Voting?

If it were possible to work out the technical details, who would vote online?
– How much more accurate would the vote be?
– Do away with the electoral college?
– What kind of scandals (hanging chad) would result?
– Ideas to make it happen? (ID card reader?)

I think that if the US would change it’s voting procedures, more people would vote.
