Democracy Class Launch with Cali Swag District

Rock the Vote launches a new high school civics program, Democracy Class, at Arleta High School in Los Angeles. California Secretary of State Debra Bowen, Councilman Tony Cardenas and Cali Swag District come into the classroom to talk to the students about the importance of voting.
