Florida State wins Best College Football Helmet
In 2008 College Football Live had a 16 team online tournament for fans to vote online what the best college football helmet was. The final of the tournament was Alabama vs Florida State. In the end the fans voted for Florida State. College Football Live interviews Bobby Bowden after the announcement. In 2011 SportsNation had a 16 team online tournament for what is the best college football tradition. Once again FSU won that tournament too, thanks to fans online voting, this time beating Michigan in the final. The tradition is Chief Osceola on top of Renegade throwing the flaming spear on the midfield logo before FSU home games. Pretty good FSU wins best helmet and best tradition on ESPN online votings. Nina Waga Mojares The Next NBC Today’s Kid Reporter – Please VOTE

She will appear on Monday Oct 19th on the Today Show, Channel 4 at 9.15am. She and the three other semi-finalists will be on set, all together, most likely with Al Roker and Natalie Morales. They will show a portion of Nina’s submission tape and then ask her a few questions. Voting (via text vote or online vote) will start immediately after the segment and run through Tuesday at 5 pm (EST). On Wednesday, the semi-final will be announced.
